Tehran, IRNA – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohamnad Baqer Qalibaf reiterated Iran’s support for the decisions made by the Lebanese nation and government.
During a press conference in Tehran after returning from an Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) meeting in Geneva, Qalibaf stated, “Iran supports the decisions of the thriving people of Gaza and Lebanon, affirming our solidarity with Lebanon both regionally and globally.” He emphasized the resilience of the resistance front, even in the face of challenges like the loss of influential leaders.
Qalibaf’s efforts in Geneva focused on highlighting the plight of Lebanon, the resistance front, and Gaza to the international community through various meetings. His advocacy garnered significant media attention and support from influential Islamic countries.
