Pakistan supports medical education for Palestinian student

Pakistan has launched an initiative to support 192 Palestinian medical students whose studies were interrupted by the ongoing war in Gaza and the West Bank. The students will be provided with full scholarships to continue their medical education at universities in Pakistan, as announced by the Pakistani embassy in Amman.

The program is a collaborative effort between Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Global Relief Trust, and Doctors of Rahman. The first group of 27 Palestinian students has already arrived in Lahore and was warmly received by representatives from the participating organizations at the airport.

This initiative, under the guidance of the Government of Pakistan, aims to offer accommodation and necessary support to the Palestinian students during their time in Pakistan. It is a commendable effort to assist aspiring medical professionals in pursuing their education despite the challenging circumstances they face in their home country.
