Director Haris Pasovic described Lowe as a true Sarajevo citizen, emphasizing his immense contribution to the city. Pulitzer Prize winner Damir Sagolj considered Lowe a role model, praising his commitment, love, and understanding in documenting the important era of Sarajevo.
