He emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety of UNIFIL personnel in Lebanon and discussed enhancing China-Israel relations.
Katz reaffirmed Israel’s commitment to developing relations with China and acknowledged China’s consistent policy towards Israel. Wang expressed China’s readiness to resume exchanges and promote cooperation once the situation improves. He also emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety of Chinese institutions and nationals in Israel.
