Israel’s military chief revealed that Hezbollah’s decision to conceal information about its casualties indicates the group’s precarious situation. IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi emphasized the need to exploit this vulnerability by targeting key operatives and increasing pressure on Hezbollah.
Halevi’s comments come as Hezbollah refrains from disclosing its casualties and the names of senior leaders killed. IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari highlighted the elimination of top Hezbollah commanders, including Hassan Nasrallah and other high-ranking figures, through targeted strikes.
Hagari reiterated Israel’s commitment to targeting Hezbollah’s weapon storage locations and monitoring Lebanon’s borders to prevent arms smuggling. The operations focus on dismantling Hezbollah’s terror hubs without harming the Lebanese people.
