According to DeepState, a Ukrainian battlefield analysis site, Russian troops allegedly shot and killed nine Ukrainian drone operators and contractors on Oct. 10 after they had surrendered during Kyiv’s incursion in August.
Ukrainian Prosecutor-General Andriy Kostin has announced a criminal investigation into the matter, following a previous incident where Russian troops reportedly killed 16 captured Ukrainian soldiers.
