A shocking incident unfolded in Maharashtra’s Jalna city as a nine-year-old girl was allegedly drugged, raped, and abandoned on a street by an unidentified perpetrator. The girl was swiftly taken to a hospital in critical condition before being transferred to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Fortunately, the girl is now out of danger, as confirmed by Superintendent of Police Ajay Kumar Bansal. The authorities have detained five individuals, with one suspected of involvement based on initial evidence.
The horrifying details revealed that the culprit abducted the girl from her residence, drugged, raped her, and left her stranded on a street. The girl’s mother, who was out seeking aid, returned home to discover her daughter missing, leading to a frantic search that ended with finding the girl nearby.
The mother promptly filed a complaint at the Chandanjhira police station, prompting angry locals to hold a protest demanding justice for the heinous act.
