Iranian Foreign Minister Visits Oman to Discuss Regional Tensions
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with Omani Foreign Minister H E Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi in Muscat to address the heightened tensions in the Middle East. Araghchi, who has been on a diplomatic tour of several countries in the region, emphasized the importance of diplomacy in preventing conflicts and promoting peace.
During the meeting, both ministers discussed the need for cooperation and dialogue to address regional challenges and enhance security and stability. They also condemned Israeli aggression in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, calling for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing conflicts in the region.
The productive discussions highlighted the strong relationship between Oman and Iran, based on mutual respect and shared cultural and economic interests. Both sides reiterated their commitment to using diplomacy as a key tool in resolving conflicts and strengthening regional partnerships.
