Hamas Claims Israeli Regime Fails to Break Gaza Resistance

Osama Hamdan, Hamas’ senior representative in Lebanon

Hamas asserts that the Israeli regime is unable to confront the resistance in Gaza and has failed to break it. Osama Hamdan, Hamas’ senior representative in Lebanon, highlighted the regime’s failure to face the resistance, stating that they kill civilians under the pretext of addressing resistance.

The regime’s genocidal war on Gaza last October aimed to destroy resistance groups, but it fell short despite causing many casualties. The regime’s plan for post-war governance in Gaza was criticized by Hamdan as a way to maintain control over the territory.

Hamdan emphasized that the key lies in Palestinians regaining their rights and establishing their state, as Israeli brutality would lead nowhere. He condemned the brutal siege of Jabalia refugee camp as a crime against humanity.

Amid the intensified focus on the northern Gaza Strip, Hamdan urged for unity and a solution that protects Palestinian rights and sovereignty.
