Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasizes Iran’s readiness for both war and peace while working towards establishing peace in Gaza and Lebanon.
Araghchi, during a press conference in Baghdad with his Iraqi counterpart, stated Iran’s preparedness for any situation but also expressed the desire for a just peace in the region.
Emphasizing the need to end Israeli aggression and achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, Iran and Iraq are in consensus regarding avoiding escalation and promoting peace.
Araghchi warned of the potential for a wider conflict due to Israel’s actions and highlighted the importance of countering Israeli aggression to prevent further escalation.
Meanwhile, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hussein expressed opposition to using Iraqi airspace for attacks on Iran and warned against the consequences of regional war on security and peace.
Both countries are committed to working towards peace and stability in the region despite the escalating tensions.
