Iran Prefers Peace, Prepared for War: Araqchi – Politics News

During a press conference in Baghdad, Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi expressed Iran’s opposition to war or heightened tensions in the region. Despite this, he emphasized Iran’s readiness for any situation, advocating for peace in Gaza and Lebanon amidst escalating regional challenges.

Araqchi highlighted the alarming situation in the region, attributing the potential clash to the actions of the Zionist regime. He called for action against Israeli aggression to prevent further escalation of conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon.

In collaboration with Iraqi officials, Araqchi emphasized the importance of establishing a ceasefire in Gaza. He commended Iraq for refusing to allow its airspace to be used in an attack against Iran.

Iraqi Foreign Minister Hussein echoed the call for collective action to stop Israeli attacks in Gaza and Lebanon. He condemned threats from the Israeli regime and emphasized Iraq’s commitment to maintaining stability and peace in the region, warning against the consequences of a potential war on terrorism.
