With over 47,000 fighters already dispatched to Ukraine, Putin may call upon Kadyrov to mobilize forces to Georgia, further solidifying their alliance. The growing influence of Kadyrov underscores the shifting power dynamics in the region and the strategic implications for Russian interests.
