After a delay due to Hurricane Milton, US President Joe Biden is set to visit Berlin to meet with top German officials Olaf Scholz and Frank-Walter Steinmeier on a brief trip.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced that Biden postponed his trip to oversee hurricane preparations. The visit to Berlin will be shorter than planned, with discussions on the Middle East conflict and continued support for Ukraine.
Biden was supposed to attend a meeting with Ukraine’s donors but had to cancel the visit to Ramstein Air Base.
