Emmanuel Christian College Celebrates Inaugural Graduation Ceremony
Emmanuel Christian College (ECC) in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State recently held its inaugural graduation ceremony, awarding over 100 candidates with certificates, diplomas, and degrees in education, theology, and business administration.
During the ceremony, university Chancellor Canon George William emphasized the importance of using knowledge to lead meaningful lives and have faith in Jesus Christ, especially during challenging times.
Graduates were encouraged by representative Luate Juatin to use their expertise to create opportunities for themselves and contribute to the development of the country.
Yei River County Commissioner Emmanuel Taban Seme highlighted the need for fairness in the allocation of government scholarships, particularly in fully-funded programs.
Central Equatoria State Governor Augustino Jadalla commended the university’s achievements and urged graduates to use their skills to serve their communities.
The ceremony, attended by thousands, marked a significant milestone for ECC and its students as they prepare to embark on their professional careers.
