North Gaza left without working ambulances, confirms Red Crescent

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in north Gaza is facing a critical situation as none of their ambulances are operational due to fuel shortages caused by ongoing Israeli attacks. Since the start of the war in October 2023, Gaza has been under siege, leading to limited resources for essentials like fuel, water, and electricity.

In an interview with Anadolu news agency, PRCS spokesperson Raed Al-Nams expressed concern over the paralysis in emergency services in north Gaza due to the lack of ambulances. The Israeli army has been targeting ambulances and obstructing the evacuation of patients, worsening the humanitarian crisis in the region.

Hospitals in north Gaza are at catastrophic levels, putting around 400,000 lives at risk. Israeli attacks have caused mass casualties and devastated the medical sector. The situation is dire, with residents unable to leave the area and facing constant threats from Israeli forces.

As the conflict continues, the need for urgent humanitarian aid and medical supplies in Gaza is critical to prevent further loss of life and suffering.
