The Government of Kosovo has taken swift action to support Bosnia and Herzegovina in the aftermath of devastating floods and landslides. During a virtual meeting today, the government approved the allocation of 200,000 euros in aid for recovery efforts.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla, spearheaded the request for these funds, emphasizing the importance of solidarity in times of crisis.
Tragically, at least 22 lives were lost in Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the natural disasters triggered by heavy rainfall on October 4.
In a show of solidarity, the Bosnian Cultural Center in Prizren, Kosovo, has also launched a campaign to collect aid for the affected residents in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
