As we reflect on the past year since Israel’s war of annihilation against Gaza, the true extent of the devastation remains unknown. With casualties exceeding 100,000, including journalists and healthcare workers, the situation in Gaza is dire.
Despite the unimaginable suffering, Gaza’s resilience shines through in the face of destruction. The Palestinian people refuse to be reduced to mere statistics, embodying strength and defiance in the midst of tragedy.
Israel’s brutal actions have only strengthened the resolve of the Palestinian resistance movement. The ongoing genocide in Gaza represents a war on the very existence of Palestine, but Palestinians remain steadfast in their fight for liberation.
As we move forward, it is clear that the struggle for Palestine is far from over. The global movement in solidarity with Palestine must continue to stand strong, refusing to succumb to despair or inaction.
By nurturing the embers of people power and building a united front against oppression, we can work towards true political accountability and justice for Palestine. Together, we can create a world where every child can live without the fear of death from above.
