Israeli Aggression Must Be Stopped: Ayman Safadi
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi condemned the ongoing Israeli crimes in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon. Safadi called for holding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his far-right ministers accountable to put an end to the violence.
After a year of war and atrocities in Gaza, with thousands displaced, killed, or injured, Safadi urged the UN Security Council to take action. He emphasized the need to lift Israel’s immunity, halt arms sales to the country, and enforce international law through Chapter VII of the UN Charter.
Safadi warned that failure to act could lead to further destabilization in the region and escalate into a full-blown regional war. He called on countries to stop arming Israel and prevent the extremist government from undermining international law and peace efforts in the Middle East.
It is crucial for the international community to address the Israeli aggression to prevent further bloodshed and ensure stability in the region.
