Tragedy strikes in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton as the death toll from the recent floods rises to 20, with 5 individuals still missing. The majority of the fatalities, 17 in total, are from Jablanica, while the remaining 3 are from Konjic.

In a display of solidarity, aid is pouring in from neighboring countries. 15 residential containers have arrived from Croatia, with 20 more expected from Turkey. Plans are underway to establish a container settlement to provide temporary housing for those displaced by the disaster.
