Spain’s Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has urged the international community to cease selling weapons to the Zionist entity following attacks on the United Nations Interim Force (UNIFIL) in Lebanon.

Since October 2023, Spain has prohibited weapon sales to “Israel” and Sánchez advocates for others to follow suit in order to prevent further tension in the region.

The Spanish Ministry of Defense confirmed no injuries among its 650 peacekeeping soldiers stationed in Lebanon, despite UNIFIL forces sustaining casualties due to Zionist bombings.

Amidst escalating violence in the Middle East, Sánchez emphasizes the necessity for halting arms exports to Israel to promote peace and stability.
