Russian Authors Union Honors Resistance Martyrs

A recent meeting in Russia brought together prominent figures from various countries to discuss the ongoing developments in the West Asian region. Among the participants were former Deputy Speaker of the Russian Parliament Sergei Baborin, Syrian Ambassador to Russia Bashar al-Jafari, Director of the Union of Russian Writers Sergei Ivanovic, and Iranian diplomat Abdolrasoul Shabibi.

During the meeting, Shabibi highlighted the aggression by the Israeli regime following Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which led to conflicts in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. He also mentioned the assassination of key leaders in the resistance front, including an Iranian military counselor.

The discussion touched upon the numerous UN resolutions condemning Israeli actions in Palestine over the years. Despite diplomatic efforts to address the situation through the UN Security Council, the support of Washington for Tel Aviv hindered progress, leading Iran to launch Operation True Promise II against the Israeli regime.

The meeting shed light on the ongoing tensions in the region and Iran’s commitment to defending itself in the face of external aggression. Stay tuned for more updates on this pressing issue.
