Moroccan Community in Lebanon Urges Immediate Evacuation Amidst Israel-Hezbollah Conflict
As the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah escalates, hundreds of Moroccans in Lebanon are living in fear of Israeli airstrikes. The Moroccan embassy in Beirut has started collecting personal information but has yet to issue evacuation orders, leaving Moroccans feeling unsafe and anxious.
Moroccans in Lebanon are refusing to move into shelters organized by the embassy due to a lack of essential supplies and privacy. Many are running out of money and are calling for immediate evacuation to Morocco to ensure their safety.
Nadia and Karima, Moroccans living in different parts of Lebanon, shared their concerns about the unsafe conditions in the overcrowded shelters and stressed the need for evacuation. They urge King Mohammed VI to expedite the evacuation process and ensure the safety of all Moroccans in Lebanon.
