Government Council OKs Morocco-Spain driving license deal

The Government Council in Rabat approved an amendment to the agreement between Morocco and Spain regarding driving licenses. Moroccan drivers can now exchange their licenses for Spanish ones without taking the theoretical exam. Those with specific licenses will need to pass a practical driving test.
