The government program “Forsa” led by Minister Fatim-Zahra Ammor has achieved a remarkable coverage rate of 74% so far. With 21,158 projects financed, certain regions like Guelmim-Oued Noun, Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab, Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, and the Oriental shine with coverage rates above 85%. The program has also generated 36,920 jobs, with 44% held by women, making a significant impact on promoting entrepreneurship and employment for youth and women.
Minister Ammor highlighted the importance of Forsa in supporting entrepreneurship and job creation. Additionally, project leaders under the program have benefited from a 2-year deferral for loan repayment. Currently, around 1,200 project leaders have started repaying their installments, following the agreed amortization tables. The progress of the Forsa program stands as a testament to its success in driving economic growth and empowerment in various regions of Morocco.
