A shocking discovery was made on Chicago’s West Side when a witness reported finding a human head in a box on the sidewalk Thursday evening, as first reported by Fox 32 Chicago. Police were called to the scene on West Taylor Street just before 6 p.m. after the witness stumbled upon the grisly find.
The victim’s cause of death remains unknown as authorities continue their investigation. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has been notified about the human remains, yet no further details have been released at this time.
