The Airport International Group (AIG) and Joramco have just signed a groundbreaking agreement worth JD50 million for the construction of new hangars, aiming to enhance aircraft maintenance services and create hundreds of new jobs. This agreement, in the presence of Minister of Transport Wesam Tahtamouni, also includes the renewal of two contracts between AIG and Joramco for an additional 30 years, solidifying a long-term partnership focused on supporting QAIA’s growth and strategic development.

During a recent visit to QAIA, AIG CEO Nicolas Deviller expressed gratitude for the ministry’s ongoing support, highlighting the airport’s success in the airport transport sector. The CEO emphasized the importance of collaboration with partners and stakeholders in creating a seamless passenger journey.
