The UK government is set to introduce a landmark employment rights bill that will create a Fair Work Agency to target rogue employers and enforce stronger protections for workers. The bill also includes measures to strengthen protections for pregnant women, repeal anti-union legislation, and introduce probation periods for lighter touch dismissals.
