Iranian video captures wounded Hezbollah fighters after attack

Iran’s news agency, Mehr, recently shared footage of Hezbollah terrorists injured in pager and walkie talkie explosions in Lebanon. The video, released on Tuesday, depicts bandaged terrorists, some in wheelchairs, likely from blast injuries. These terrorists are currently in Iran for medical treatment and were seen visiting the tomb of Ali ibn Musa al-Ridha in Mashhad.

After the first explosion on September 18, the Iranian Red Crescent transported 95 injured individuals from Lebanon to Iran for further treatment. Most of the injuries were to the hands and eyes, requiring continued care in Iranian hospitals. The video highlighted these hand injuries, emphasizing the severity of the attacks.

Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, who was also injured in the explosions, was flown to Tehran for treatment along with around 90 others and their families. Amani expressed that his injury was an honor as he supported the Lebanese people. He was visited by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during his treatment.
