Iranian Ambassador Meets Jamaat-e-Islami Leader in Pakistan

Recent discussions between Jamaat-e-Islami and the Iranian Ambassador shed light on the importance of unity among Islamic countries in addressing the ongoing crisis in Gaza. Head of Jamaat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman emphasized the need for countries like Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey to take a united stand against Israel’s aggression in Palestine.

During the meeting, the All Parties Conference’s declaration on Palestine was highlighted, focusing on the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. The completion of the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline was also discussed as a positive step towards improving the economy of both nations.

The Iranian Ambassador praised Jamaat-e-Islami for its active stance on the Palestine issue and emphasized the importance of unity within the Ummah to counter Israel’s expansionist ambitions. He also called for the implementation of the ECO agreement and the restoration of the Pakistan-Iran-Turkey railway line to boost trade between the two countries.
