Islamabad High Court Approached Against Sealing of KP House

The petitioner argues that sealing the KP House, a provincial government property, is illegal. They also mentioned that seizing official vehicles after sealing is not permissible. Various parties including the Secretary Law and Interior, DG Rangers, DG FIA, IG Islamabad, and Director Building and Control CDA are involved in the petition. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) had sealed blocks A and B of KP House, citing violations of rules.
