Bilawal Bhutto Foresees Imran Khan’s Political Future

Is Imran Khan’s Political Future Bleak? Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Thinks So

In a recent statement, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed his belief that the political future of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan looks bleak. He suggested that had Imran Khan made the right political decisions since April 2022, he would be Prime Minister today.

Bilawal accused Imran Khan of prioritizing engagement with the establishment over politicians. He also discussed proposed constitutional amendments, stating that the PPP does not have an issue with the timeline and anticipates their passage by October 25. Additionally, he expressed his party’s desire to collaborate with all political factions, including JUI-F led by Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

On the topic of judicial reforms and equal rights for provinces, Bilawal emphasized the rejection of certain constitutional amendments by the PPP and JUI-F. He stressed the importance of proportional representation in judicial appointments and advocated for acceptance of constitutional courts.

Overall, Bilawal’s remarks shed light on the evolving political landscape in Pakistan, hinting at tensions and collaborations across different parties.
