In a recent address at the 54th annual accountants conference in Abuja, President Bola Tinubu highlighted the progress made by his administration in the last 17 months to put Nigeria on a path to higher, sustainable, and inclusive growth. Alhaji Abubakar Bagudu, Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, delivered the President’s address, emphasizing positive GDP growth, decreasing inflation, and stabilizing foreign exchange markets.

Tinubu outlined various reform measures, including digitization of revenue collection, mortgage system reform, and increased social investment spending.
