Cypriot officials have unveiled groundbreaking floating fish feeding systems in Cyprus, a major advancement for the country’s aquaculture sector. The automated feeding systems, developed by Levantina Fish, were launched in the Vasilikos sea area.

The new systems are set to revolutionize fish feed distribution by providing simultaneous and controlled feeding. Minister of Agriculture Maria Panayiotou and Deputy Minister of Shipping Marina Hadjimanoli commended the innovation, emphasizing the government’s support for the aquaculture industry, the third largest export sector in Cyprus.

Deputy Minister Hadjimanoli praised Levantina Fish for their 35-year history of pioneering solutions and international recognition. She expressed confidence in the company’s future success, highlighting their commitment to sustainability and efficiency in the industry.
