Rajasthan Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel announced that the state government will make a just decision regarding the Police Sub Inspector (SI) Examination-2021 in the best interest of the candidates. A Cabinet committee has been formed to review the recruitment examination and discussions are ongoing. Patel emphasized the importance of a thorough investigation and factual discussions in the upcoming committee meeting on October 10 to provide recommendations to the government.
Patel highlighted the issues of paper leaks, involvement of the copy mafia, and unfair practices in securing jobs, which have marred the reputation of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). The committee, led by Patel, consists of six members focused on scrutinizing the SI Recruitment Examination-2021. Recent arrests by the Special Operations Group (SOG) in connection with the exam have raised concerns over malpractices. The committee aims to restore integrity in the recruitment process and uphold transparency in public service exams.
