Hong Kong developers to offer 18,000 new flats to buyers

Exciting news in the property development sector as the Lands Department approves presale consent for three upcoming projects in Hong Kong. The developments, located in Tai Po, Sai Kung, and Ap Lei Chau, will consist of a total of 213 units and are led by Manhattan Realty, Chinachem Group, and Tai Cheung Properties.

Manhattan Realty’s project in Tai Po with 135 units is already nearing completion, while Chinachem’s Sai Kung development with 40 units is expected to be finished by November 30th. Tai Cheung’s project in Ap Lei Chau, featuring 38 units, is set to be completed by December 2025.

Presale consent allows developers to begin promoting their projects to prospective buyers. The government’s continuous support for housing development is evident with the approval of numerous presale consents, totaling thousands of residential units.

With a promising pipeline of projects set to be completed in the coming years, the property market in Hong Kong looks poised for growth and expansion.
