The tragic murder of 22-year-old Mary Ward in Belfast has sparked a murder investigation by the PSNI. Mary was found dead at her home on Melrose Street, with the police launching an extensive investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding her death.

Detective Chief Inspector Foreman, leading the investigation, shared that Mary had not been seen since September 25th. The PSNI is urging anyone who may have any information about Mary’s whereabouts on that date to come forward.

This recent murder is part of a series of disturbing events, with Mary being the fourth woman to be murdered in Northern Ireland in just six weeks.
