He warned of the challenges facing the system of government and the role of the courts in maintaining checks and balances.
Addressing the need for modernization, he called for significant investment in court infrastructure and digital services. He highlighted the correlation between resources and increased judicial output, advocating for a reevaluation of the justice system model. With the pace of societal change accelerating, he emphasized the importance of adapting the legal system to meet the demands of modern-day business activities.
