Israel’s one-year-old genocide killed and injured thousands and caused unprecedented destruction leading to a record environmental damage.

One year into its genocide on Gaza, Israel brought unaccountable deaths of Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip, resulting in record environmental damage.

Bombs Dropped on Gaza

The Gaza government media office reported that the Israeli occupation army dropped 75,000 tons of bombs in Gaza, causing massive destruction.

A study revealed that between 54% to 66% of buildings were damaged or destroyed, emitting high CO2 levels.

Use of White Phosphorus Bombs

Israel used banned white phosphorus bombs in Gaza, impacting human health and the environment.

These bombs are internationally prohibited due to their severe effects.

Water as Weapon of War

Israel targeted the infrastructure in Gaza, leaving the population in darkness and facing a water crisis.

The deliberate destruction of water facilities led to a severe shortage of water.

Waste Collection

Thousands of tons of waste have accumulated in Gaza due to damaged collection vehicles and restricted access areas.

The situation has led to the spread of diseases and a collapsed health system.

Genocide Continues

Israel’s offensive in Gaza has resulted in thousands of casualties and ongoing devastation.

International condemnation continues as the conflict persists.
