Bringing joy and energy to partygoers around the world, Yarin Illovich, also known as Artifex, has been jet-setting across continents, spreading his music. From DJing in Brazil to releasing his new track “Cyber Fever,” Artifex’s performances are vibrant and lively, showcasing a world more colorful and cheerful than reality.

However, behind the music lies a harrowing tale. Surviving a terror attack at the Supernova festival in Israel, Artifex is the last DJ to have performed before the tragic event unfolded. Despite the trauma, he continues to bring his beats to audiences worldwide, offering a safe space through music.

The festival grounds, just 5 kilometers from Gaza, turned into a battleground. As chaos erupted, Artifex bravely played on until he was instructed to shut down the music due to a Code Red alert. The festival became a scene of devastation, with hundreds killed and many taken as hostages.

Today, Artifex finds solace in music, believing in better times ahead. He stands as a beacon of hope for the survivors, playing the set he interrupted on that fateful morning to provide closure and healing.
