Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei condemns Israel’s policy of terrorism and mass killing of Palestinian people as war crimes and crimes against humanity. He criticizes Israel’s recent strikes on sacred sites in Gaza and Lebanon, calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “modern-day Hitler.”
Baghaei highlights the international community’s need to take action against Israel’s destabilizing moves, warning of irreparable consequences for the region. He urges world countries, especially Muslim states, to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza and Lebanon and counter Israel’s terrorist actions.
Israel began its genocidal Gaza onslaught in October 7, 2023, targeting schools, mosques, and hospitals being used as shelters by civilians. The regime has also increased attacks on Lebanon, resulting in over 2,000 deaths, including 127 children and 261 women.
