Noufal Daou Urges Lebanese Leaders to Take Immediate Action

- Implementing Resolution 1701 under Chapter VII to maintain security in the South
- Electing a new President of the Republic without external interference
- Conducting an Arab and international tour to seek support for Lebanon’s role
- Launching a “Marshall Plan” to rebuild Lebanon with GCC countries
