BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. The Maharat-2024 (Mastery) computer-assisted command-staff exercise, conducted between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan as part of their 2024 Bilateral Cooperation Plan, concluded with a closing ceremony. The event, organized by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, paid tribute to the Heroes of both countries and featured the national anthems.
The exercise aimed to enhance coordination and efficiency among allied forces, fostering strategic partnerships. Participants received accolades for their utilization of modern computer technologies and decision-making abilities, demonstrating professionalism in executing tasks.
Attendees were awarded certificates, with a select group of servicemen honored for their outstanding performance. The ceremony concluded with a concert program by the Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov.
