Russia is on the verge of excluding the Taliban movement from the list of terrorist organizations, citing their efforts to restore order and stability in Afghanistan. This decision, approved at the highest level, is now undergoing legal processes to be finalized, according to Russian Presidential Representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov.

“Establishing pragmatic cooperation through special services is of mutual interest,” stated FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, as reported by Interfax.
