Palestinian Authority denounces Israel for ‘heinous massacre’ in Tulkarm

Israeli Airstrike Kills 18 in Tulkarm Refugee Camp: PA Condemns “Heinous Massacre”

On Thursday night, an Israeli airstrike targeted a cafe in the Tulkarm Refugee Camp, resulting in the deaths of 18 people. The Palestinian Authority (PA) has denounced the attack as a “heinous massacre,” one of the deadliest in the occupied West Bank in years.

PA Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa took to his official account to call on the international community to intervene and hold Israel accountable for its actions in the West Bank. The recent airstrike, described as a “war of genocide against the Palestinian People,” has sparked outrage and condemnation.

The strike, deemed the deadliest in the West Bank since the Second Intifada, targeted a cafe in the al-Hamam neighborhood of the camp, causing multiple injuries as well. Hamas, a Palestinian militant group, condemned the attack as an escalation of violence.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces conducted raids in Hebron, arresting 24 individuals, including children. The ongoing conflict has resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries, as well as widespread destruction and suffering in Gaza.
