Recently, Armenia hosted a delegation led by Director General of NATO International Military Staff, Lieutenant General Janusz Adamczak. The delegation met with key Armenian officials to discuss the state of Armenia-NATO cooperation and potential areas for growth.
The meetings included talks with First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, and Head of the General Department of Defence Policy and International Cooperation, Levon Avazyan. The discussions covered ongoing reforms within the Armenian Armed Forces and regional security concerns.
The parties also exchanged views on international politico-military developments, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in addressing common challenges. The meetings highlighted the commitment of both Armenia and NATO to enhancing their partnership for mutual benefit.
