The S-300 system, a Soviet-era anti-aircraft missile system, is known for its resilience against electronic countermeasures and remains a formidable defense system in Russia. However, it has been used by Russian forces for offensive strikes on Ukrainian cities, causing civilian casualties.
Atesh guerrillas are monitoring critical supply points in Crimea and recently identified a logistics hub used by Russian forces where fuel transfers are taking place. Ukrainian forces have successfully targeted Russian S-300 missile complexes in Novoshakhtinsk and Mariupol, demonstrating their capabilities in countering Russian air defense systems.
Despite its strengths, the S-300 is vulnerable to modern weaponry, and Ukrainian forces are actively monitoring and targeting key supply points to weaken Russia’s defense capabilities.
