Tulkarm refugee camp massacre: In a tragic event, at least 18 Palestinian citizens were killed and many others injured in an Israeli airstrike on a popular café in the Tulkarm refugee camp. The attack took place in the Al-Hamam neighborhood of the northern occupied West Bank, where civilians were present. The strike resulted in a devastating loss of life and injuries of varying degrees.
Emergency services rushed to the scene to help the victims, transporting the injured to the Thabet Government Hospital in Tulkarm. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society also assisted in transporting bodies and the injured to the hospital.
This massacre, the largest in the West Bank in over 24 years, is part of a series of Israeli attacks in the region, escalating since last October. Tulkarm and its neighboring camps have faced multiple incursions and airstrikes, resulting in numerous casualties and damage to infrastructure.
