In a recent incident, Syria’s air defenses successfully intercepted hostile targets off the coast of Jableh city in Latakia countryside, northwest Syria. The air defenses engaged for over half an hour with likely drone targets attempting to attack sites near Jableh.

Following the interception, firefighting and civil defense teams promptly responded to the scene of the missile strike. The firefighting teams managed to extinguish a fire that erupted in a warehouse in the area.

Prior to this event, Syria had urged the United Nations to intervene effectively and stop Israeli attacks on Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon. The call was made to hold Israel accountable for its actions and crimes.

Despite the ongoing challenges, Syria remains vigilant in defending its territories and safeguarding its people from external threats.
