Japan has deployed two Self Defense Force planes to potentially airlift Japanese citizens from Lebanon, with no reported injuries among the approximately 50 nationals in the country.
Australian government has booked 500 seats on commercial aircraft for citizens and residents to leave Lebanon, urging them to take available options without waiting. Britain will also arrange additional flights for its citizens.
In southern Turkey, over 300 passengers from Lebanon arrived and will continue to their home countries after docking in Mersin.
