Azerbaijan and Belarus Strengthen Bilateral Relations

During an official visit to Minsk, Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with Belarus’s Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko. The meeting highlighted the strong intergovernmental relations between the two countries, with a focus on the dynamic development of partnerships across various sectors.

The Prime Ministers discussed current economic and trade cooperation, noting a significant increase in mutual trade volume. They emphasized the importance of joint projects in promising areas of mutual interest, providing a strong foundation for future collaboration.

Industrial cooperation, agricultural sector development, and cultural exchanges were identified as key areas of focus for Azerbaijan-Belarus relations. Both PMs expressed satisfaction with the progress made in various sectors and signed several documents to further enhance cooperation.

Overall, the meeting between Ali Asadov and Roman Golovchenko reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to strengthening their partnership and working together on mutual interests.
